Lab & COAs

Every test, in plain view.

The Certificate of Analysis is the record. Below is the live index of released COAs with purity, identity, and endotoxin numbers attached.

HPLC purity

Reverse-phase HPLC quantifies the target peptide as a percentage of total UV absorbance at 220 nm.

ESI-MS identity

Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry confirms the exact monoisotopic mass to validate identity.

Endotoxin & bioburden

Each batch is screened for endotoxin via LAL assay and bioburden by membrane filtration.

How to read a COA

  1. Confirm the compound and task number on the certificate.
  2. Check the HPLC chromatogram for a single dominant peak; integration shows the purity figure listed on the shop page.
  3. Verify the mass spec peak corresponds to the monoisotopic mass of the target sequence.
  4. Note the endotoxin and bioburden values, which should fall under the spec listed at the top of the report.
